DO NOT SHOP HERE — EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE I purchased a $950 commercial coded lock from this location, and when I needed assistance understanding the installation, I went back to the store for help. Upon entering, my colleague and I greeted the staff with multiple “good mornings,” yet not a single person acknowledged us. My garage door was stuck and myQ app suggested to call Rivett Hardware. I spoke to Kevin who attended and helped fix the issue. He was very helpful, kind and professional. It was impromptu call and he was able to attend the same day. After fixing the fault he still went ahead to lubricate the tracks. He reassured me and gave me helpful tips and pointers. The repair fee/charges was waived and I am extremely grateful! My experience with this company was fantastic and I will recommend them for all your garage door services.

My garage door was stuck and unusable, Rivett sent someone right away even though it was end of day on a Friday and got the issue fixed for me. The service and price was excellent would definitely recommend them.
Called on Rivett a few times for repairs to my garage doors. Also recently had them install a brand new set of doors. Received excellent quick service everytime. Highly recommended. Best part, is they are a small local company!
