When I first went to view the apartments, Kim the manager was very urgent to my need of finding a home quick. That day she gave me a tour and was able to have me immediately apply. I have been waiting for two years for a first floor apartment. I am in pain alot especially when I carry things up the stairs. I need a first floor it was requested in my application and in my lease renewal. I was told to wait 2 years it's been longer than 2 years. A family was moved into a vacant first floor none of them seem disabled or in pain. And I resent when I get ignored by management regarding this issue. I have other complaints like the dumpster in the back is disgusting crammed and has bags of trash all around it.... read more
