Yearly rent raises an honest review Every year our rent goes up 100 and no we don't live in one of the updated nicer units. Our unit is rundown, old appliances, white paint over dust and bugs. When we first moved in the apartment was not properly cleaned. Old food was behind all of the appliances, the dishwasher was covered in bits of food on the inside, there were stains on the cabinets I had to clean off, random nails in the walls and cabinets I had to remove with a hammer, the knobs were covered in grime that took an hour... read more

One of the best living apartments in Fredericksburg avA I can say this is one of the best, clean and quiet environment for living. Manager and Assistant Manager are very kind and talented people. Always listening and supporting tenants. I recommend this apartments.

Clean, beautiful, quiet, green! I have been living at Riverwoods for about 3 years now. I truly enjoy it here. I have a 6 year old who loves it here as well. Our apartment is clean and spacious. I love the appliances and flooring. If I happen to have an issue, maintenance responds in a timely manner. The front office staff is extremely friendly. Great place to live! The management and staff are wonderful! Clean and safe environment. Great location! Amenities are always in working order. Great place to live!
Lots of issues The apartments here have mold in them. It is also hard to get them to fix anything there. They like to tell you the night before they want to come into the apartment and with a dog that makes it hard if my Fiance or I am working. The managers also have lied to me on multiple occasions and have no problem towing the vehicles that belong to the people that are paying rent there. I have told many people that have asked me about this place that I DO NOT recommend this for even someone I don't like.
My Regrets...... The apartment size is definitely spacious, and the convenience of being a few minutes from I-95, however that means nothing when you have unexpected "guests" daily. So first off on the day I was supposed to move in, the apartment that was scheduled for me was not move in ready. There was mold on the walls and a huge hole in the living room baseboard from the moisture and water leaking which caused the wood to rot, not to mention the place wasn't even clean. Central Fredericksburg on I-95 Two bedroom apartment with den is an excellent location for those looking to commute to DC. Pool and workout room are accessible. Office staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
