Wow. Excellent vets & vet techs here. They took such excellent care of my pup getting her teeth cleaned. Follow up amazing.. We will be switching over to Riverwood Vets!
For new patients thinking about booking this vet while on a budget They do charge an upfront $50 fee just to book an appointment—Our appointment was 3 weeks out from when we called. I’ve never experienced this although apparently it’s fully legal in BC if they tell you upfront. Just letting all fur parents know with finances tight.
Used this clinic for the first time on the worst day with having to say goodbye to my Chica after 18 years together. From the phone call, to making sure they could see us that day. The moment we walked in with her every staff member was so kind, and empathetic to what we were going through. Can't say enough about the effort they made to guide us through a heartbreaking day.
