our first visit was this morning. we dropped off our sweet Daisy this morning for her spay procedure, and just from the ladies at the reception, i could tell she was in good hands. thank you for being kind & caring!!
First of all I wanted to thank the whole team who works at the clinic! Very friendly secretaries who accomodated us, the tech staff who were very kind and helpful. Also, huge thanks to the doctor who looked at our cat. The doctor offered to take medication first and see how that goes, instead of assigning tests that were not necessary for our case. On multiple occasions we have received caring an attentive service from the staff here. Their facility is very clean and modern. They have a wide range of in-house services available that can save time in emergency situations.
They are always quick to answer questions—very responsive and genuinely helpful. Dr. Ashley is incredibly kind and gives the best advice. We’re so grateful for the care and service they provide. Our girls feel safe and relaxed with her, they absolutely love her! You can really tell that being a vet is her calling. We recently lost our oldest and they gave us good advices and helped us process everything. We also previously saw Jacelyn, who was just as sweet and compassionate.
