I lived here a few years and liked it for the most part until the last 2 years. Don’t expect for the snow to be removed any time soon in winter or salt to prevent slips. Entry way is filthy, They come and clean every 6 months, carpets are filthy! AC need maintenance every summer, they stop working literally on the hottest days. The screen doors are so cheap they come off easily and break. Use to be a great place to live, quiet and friendly neighbors. Now they have a bunch of collage kids that are up late and loud.
