The room was clean and well maintained. The location was great—close to town yet quiet and surrounded by nature. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
If you pay for a jacuzzi tub here dont expect it to be more than half way full before the water is cold.
Riverwood on Fall River is the best place to stay in Estes. Upon walking in, we were impressed by how pristinely clean it was. We stayed in 8 which was a 2 BD/2 BA loft which was incredibly spacious with its vaulted ceilings and beautiful views overlooking the river. The appliances were mostly updated and there was even a washer/dryer in the unit! The location was quiet and peaceful but still very close to town. We can’t wait to come back.
