RecommendedOur reservation on the phone was awsome as well as the hospitality we got from Mr. Andrew on our arrival... He was so helpfull all week end long... When we got ready to leave he ask if he could bless our ride it was so heart felt and beyond... We did make it back to Springtown Texas safe and sound.... We will be back....
This is the sorriest piece of shit hotel. The lady manager is the rudest woman I have ever heard of. Warning don't go to this one. It's the worse hotel ever
My family come home from Georgia for a funeral. And to make a miserable trip home even more miserable the lady behind the counter was rude and hateful to my cousin. I wouldn't suggest this place to my dog let alone a human being. She charged my cousin extra for a 16 year old kid and wouldn't change their room bc the tv didn't work. Bad customer service to say the least.
Bad service, the manager makes mistakes then cancels your reservation if you ask for her to correct it, but warning she will then say "sorry we do not have any vacancies". When we got into town the sign said "Vacancy". Even if she is at fault you will get the " I have been doing this for X amount of years". Do not stay here unless it is your only option. Just a very prideful, uncourteous person and apparently a liar as well.
Kinda sad when you're a paying local customer for several years, and denied bathroom use while cleaning out storage buildings... Just saying. I think if ive done business here for years and needed to use the bathroom, i should be welcomed anytime... The woman here is absolutely rude and the lobby smells like crap!
Very friendly staff. Comfy beds. Love that it's American owned.
