We purchased our Riverwood home in September 2020, while it was just framed up. The home is beautiful and we are proud owners, however there have been quite a few disappointments along the way. To start, Riverwood pushed hard to close on the home before the end of the year, even though the house was still in the final stages of completion. We made the mistake of closing, prior to touch ups and cleaning taking place. As a realtor here in the Treasure Valley. I regret purchasing a Riverwood home. Our home has had many issues including fencing being replaced with the wrong materials that do not match and way past the time that it was negotiated to be fixed. It took over 2 months to have someone out there and then the wrong materials were used. As well as water damage and over use of grout on the shower.
