As a realtor here in the Treasure Valley. I regret purchasing a Riverwood home. Our home has had many issues including fencing being replaced with the wrong materials that do not match and way past the time that it was negotiated to be fixed. It took over 2 months to have someone out there and then the wrong materials were used. As well as water damage and over use of grout on the shower. House was nice. Unique layout. Lots of space and storage.
