In order to have animals here you have to have proof that you've spayed your animal. I know this because when we got our 2nd cat the management office sent out a letter stating so (we gave them that info). Since then the woman on the backside of the 2152 building has had a female cat for almost 2 years now that isn't fixed. After the 2nd litter we told the office to no avail.
