WOW! I cannot thank Rachael and her team enough for everything they did on our big day and all of the days leading up. We had Riverwood included with our venue at The Virginia Cliffe Inn and loved working with Rachael. She was the perfect blend or our advocate and expert on the day and helped us get through everything seamlessly. She really was awesome throughout and listened to both me and my bride for what we needed. She brought us water, brought my wife lipstick, helped her cut off part of her dress that tore, all these things that equaled an absolute champion in our corner.
Rachael worked with us for our wedding at The Virginia Cliffe Inn last weekend and she was a total rockstar. I know dealing with our wedding party and families was a bit like herding cats at times, but she handed it with such swiftness and professionalism, my in-laws are still talking about how incredible she was. From a vendor perspective it was great to work with Rachael! We were a list minute addition to the wedding and when we arrived Rachel quickly told us everything we needed and the wedding went very smoothly. Rachael was very hands, organized, on and ran the show!
Rachael she was unbelievably knowledgeable, highly professional but also incredibly warm, kind, and thoughtful. From her good humor, great advice and experience on rehearsal day that eased our anxiety, to her willingness to work absolute magic on the day of we couldnt have picked a better coordinator.
