BUYER BEWARE!!! WORST HOME PURCHASE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Just paid over $750K for home and it has no working hot water heater on move in day. The Pulte team has been advised and has did very little to nothing to get this resolved in a timely manner. We are now approaching day 3 in our brand new home that has no hot water.
