Community doesn’t feel as secure as it should. Random construction workers with their family using amenities….Also, the builder has a lack of appreciation for the wild life. The contractors don’t clean up well leading to debris all around the community. The ponds and water ways are filled with trash from wind. Also, the houses finishing are horrible..for $700k plus the flooring and walls are horrible…workers just do a sub par job.. seems like their using multiple workers for one job and the jobs aren’t matching… Was a good c... read more

☆☆☆☆ If you are considering buying a home in Riverwood by Pulte, I strongly recommend doing your own research and having an independent HVAC specialist inspect the system before closing. Do not rely only on the builder’s contractor. Since moving into our home over a year ago, we have had ongoing issues with our HVAC system.
