Don't live here unless you want to cook in your apartment. I've been stuck with an AC issue for two weeks and they keep "fixing" it but then I'm stuck here for another weekend with the temperature over 80. They have had other issues too, such as removing trashcans to be less convenient to renters despite the renters being the one to pay for solid waste removal. Most of these issues have occurred since the property was bought out by Richmark, so I'd avoid anywhere managed by that company.
Very well kept up management is awesome. Especially for first time renter!!!!
Ive been here five yrs and am very pleased with the managers we have now and i hope they stay for a long time.
I have been here 4 yrs. The only thing I am missing is a back yard... but I am very happy here.
