just fine- great place to live – I never had any problems here in 2 years. place is always kept clean, peopel are nice, maintenance was quick. we had a drippy toilet but they took care of it right away. you always get some people who don;t get along and make trouble, but they move on too. too bad they leave nasty comments behind cause i never had any problems here.

Don't waste your time – those apartments are horrible .. I lived there for 2 years They WERE suppose to be the Best apartments in Grants Pass But they are not, not at all drugs and single moms beating their kids with a cigarette in one had a a beer in the other ... this place is no place for a decent family !!!I l personal know 3 people who have sued CPS (who I urge you NOT to use) took them to court saying they trashed the apartments and they need to play to repair every thing .. all 3 of them took video and pictures there ... read more
The Cleanest Rentals in Grants Pass! – I must say living here is never a pain. The whole family love it here, the house, the neighborhood.. everything is just beautiful. Given the chance to own it, I would definitely take it. Riverwood Apartments is indeed the cleanest and best rentals in Grants Pass.
