I am happy living at Riverwood Apartments and very satisfied with the work of the office staff. I especially want to mention Nicole — she is very attentive, responsible, always treats residents with respect, and responds to any issues in a timely manner. We are very grateful to her for her professionalism and care!

The person who helped us was very friendly, but the apartment has a crazy policy that says dogs are welcome, but no more than 25 lbs. It's crazy and not pet-friendly.
The lease associates are so rude and mean they don’t even greet people when walking in their office when I first move in. As soon as you walked in they stared at you with their frowning faces and almost every 2 weeks or every month they always have new people in the office. I moved out with my parents and brother a week ago and they don’t even trying to help at all with my situation, people still living at the place should be responsible not people that are moving out.
