Really happy with how quickly maintenance is attended to. I'm very happy with the groundskeeping and how wonderful this apartment complex is laid out. Can't say enough good things about the staff.
The on site office staff and maintenance team here are absolutely awesome! The complex is in a convenient location that made commute to the Great Lakes Naval Base easy without having to live in Illinois. We were super happy here until our unit flooded in February. Although the flooding sucked - things happen. We had several industrial fans set up in our unit for about six days, as well as a dehumidifier. This made our unit very loud, very hot and smelly - but totally understood that that comes with the remediation process. B... read more
Incredible staff! Always friendly, excellent communication, and great response times for work orders. Love the recent upgrades to the pool, grilling area, and fountain in the pond. Very happy to live here!
