Very unprofessional, rude, condescending. Ignore tenant complaints, try to scare and evict tenants with unfounded reasons.
When I first applied to rent for Riverwest, ***** had a lot of communication with me and was very responsive and since I have lived here for a year and a half, we have barely spoken. When I first moved in we had people come out multiple times to measure our windows because we had no screens (in a second story) and now over a year later we still have no screens.
