Cute location and a really nice apartment complex overall. I love that they have guest parking inside the complex it makes visiting so much easier. The little water feature when you walk in is a really nice touch and gives a great first impression. The amenities are great, and the whole place feels well taken care of
Nice party room
Great location in downtown Mpls. One side faces St.Anthony Falls, the other downtown buildings which at night is really pretty. Guest enclosed parking. .
Security is horrible I’ve never been treated like that my whole life was picking up a friend and I’ve never seen racism like this and I have a badge. Hey lady not all black people are bad stop watching road house and going to work. You’re the face of the complex and there is no way I would ever buy a condo there. I’m sure this isn’t her first complaint. I know it’s hard to find help but dam no one needs you that bad.#takeadiversityclass!
