Had a minor emergency with my water heater. I am so impressed with the people sent out. They quickly diagnosed the issue and the water heater is again operational! I called this morning and the repair men were done early this afternoon. Great service! I highly recommend.

The hot water pressure in our bathroom had dropped significantly over the past few weeks, making us think we'd need to address either a hot water heater issue or a line issue. Chad took a look at it today, did some troubleshooting, and was able to correct the issue inside the faucet, saving us quite a bit of money. We've used for several plumbing issues, and I'd strongly recommend Riverway to anyone in the area, as they are good people, reasonably priced, and excellent at what they do.
Riverway was one of two plumbing services to follow up on an after hours call; I held off on the (not so competition) because they wanted to charge well over $1k for a back up and wouldn't be available until a later time. Thankfully I did, the cost incurred from Riverway was at a fraction of the competition. Cost aside, the plumber was phenomenal. Very courteous, thorough and explained how to follow up if the issue persists. Riverway will be my first choice from here on out. Thank you G.
