As a previous resident, I agree with the statement regarding buying and selling there. Hopefully, the new BOD will be more helpful and responsive to the needs of the people who still reside there.
REALTORS/BUYERS/SELLERS/LENDERS BEWARE— The HOA— in particular DAWN, treasurer— is uncooperative to work with for buying/selling because as seen in picture—- “uninterested in becoming certified… hard-working volunteers… have real jobs that prevent from devoting hours to … questionnaires”— this is preventing buyers with financial lending to purchase and/or making it almost impossible requiring lenders to submit one request per request form emailed directly to Dawn which is preventing sellers to sell unless cash or have lender... read more
I really got lucky when I found my home for sale and my offer accepted. This is the BEST long-term residential gated community, and has many great amenities. I feel like I live in a quiet resort with extended family as neighbors. We all look out for each other and our neighborhood. It’s peaceful and beautiful with all of the scenery and wildlife.
Wonderful community on the Indian River. The amenities are as great as are the people who live there. Very responsive BOD.
