Iam a new resident at Riverway in a one bedroom and I am loving my new apt.I have met some residents here and got good feed back on this property.My apt was very clean and i requested a ceiling fan,the girls in the office got me a new ceiling fan right away.That says alot for me, i know if if have a issue,i can just go to the office and they are willing to help.Even though I just moved in,I believe my staying here is a good decision I have made.I encourage anyone to look into Riverway as their home first.

I recently moved out of Riverway Apartments, i enjoyed my stay for the last 5 yrs. I never had any major issues with maintenace and if i did they were very prompt to fix my issue. The office staff was always very professional and friendly everytime i was in the office. The property was always very neatly well kept and i never had any problems with disturbances with other residents. I would recommend anyone to Riverway Apartments. I have enjoyed my stay at this apartment complex. I lived at Riverway for 2yrs. The apartment i lived in was a 2 bedroom 1 bath. It is very modern and well kept. The carpet was clean and ready to go day i signed my lease. I moved in and found it to be quiet and safe. Never a worry always friendly faces and secure enviroment. My employment is contract work. Riverway lured me with a 3 month lease, after signing two 3 month leases, they decide that I am only able to sign a 6 month lease or pay more rent and opt for month to month. I signed the 6 month lease 5 months ago; have been there almost a year and have paid rent early or on time every month but Riverway has no regard or appreciation for good tenants.
