They are the best. Unlike other offices, if you need to see them for an emergency, they make sure they get you in. I love their team, especially Denise and Ana. I do not think anybody likes going to the dentist, but I don’t mind going Riverwalk dental as the staff are awesome.
Office was nice and friendly. Doctor was good I thought but know Ian second guessing if I needed that crown cause my tooth didn’t even hurt I was there just for a basic cleaning. Then My problem occurred after I paid and was told I would be refunded once they billed my insurance…6 months later many calls to there office and they continue to not refund nor won’t set a time or date to discuss all the charges denied by my insurance for services that were not do Office manager refuses not to call me back and Veronica receptionis... read more
