My mother moved in here while my father was undergoing cancer treatment. She has polio so they wanted to make sure that they moved into a villa so they wouldn’t have any yard maintenance and other things. My father ended up passing away during the winter. The agent that sold them their house told them that even if they put up a fence for their pups, the mowing crew would mow it as long as they had access.
