I was at Riverwalk for 3 years, it was probably my best rental experience so far. I signed the lease without visiting in person as I was living in a different country. But the pictures on their website do not disappoint. The building is well maintained, amenities are beautiful and available, and the apartment itself was in perfect move in condition. I am new to Minnesota and came for the Mayo Clinic. I chose this apartment due to the close proximity of the hospital and the walkability score. It was above my expectations. Not only did I move into an apartment, but into a community that socializes with each other at events held by the apartment managers.
