I have resided at Riverwalk since December 2020. I love my apartment. For me, it is spacious, but cozy. It has a breathtaking view of the Rochester city skyline. Especially at sun rise and sunset. I love the building. Management and maintenance have been wonderful. Most importantly, it is pet friendly. There is a secure temperature controlled underground garage for tenants' cars. My time living at Riverwalk Rochester was filled with frustration and disappointment, especially when it came to moving out. The way the management treated tenants during this process was nothing short of poor. From start to finish, the entire experience felt like an afterthought for them.
