Staff and management are excellent and any issues are addressed immediately. This is the best apartment building I've ever stayed in and I highly recommend it.
Staff and management are excellent and any issues are addressed immediately. This is the best apartment building I've ever stayed in and I highly recommend it.
Management is not reliable. The assistant manager Latifa is not responsive, and has an attitude when she does respond. She rather sit in the office and eat all day instead of do her job. As someone else mentioned, the staff at the front desk and the porters are very nice. They will always greet with a smile, and try to help you.
