Run down hotel… was wondering why a 3 star hotel have such low rating. Homeless blocking the emergency staircase. Ripped paint. Rusted safe. Doors won’t shut properly. Seals for the amenities inside the room is broken. Only one elevator works. The River view side is horrible. Way different than from photo. Bad smell inside the room/restroom and hallway. Only the lobby looks decent.

Comfortable rooms had a great nights sleep. Our sink was stopped up but they fixed it almost immediately. It was close to a lot of great things to do. Nice view. The price point was good and budget friendly.

Excellent atmosphere. Very well located as a short walk to the Riverwalk. Very friendly staff. The bar was pretty good and good food. I recommend this location to anybody looking for a place to stay and it wasn't too overly priced.

They said they were on the Riverwalk you have to cross the street and it's at the end of the Riverwalk it's only one restaurant in the area on the Riverwalk and it's another hotel you would have to walk a long ways to get to the center of the River Walk also unfortunately no dressers to put your clothes not much to do in the hotel itself the restaurant food not that great

First thing to note this is about .5 miles from the Convention Center and can be a little bit of a walk to the Riverwalk's main drag. Second, booked two rooms online, both were supposed to be Junior Suite Kings with balconies. When checking in, was given one that was just a King, but didn't realize until we got our bill on checkout that were charged the same price for both rooms. Third, went to ask the front desk staff if we could purchase toiletries from them or if there was a place close by and they directed me to the rest... read more
