Recommendeddepending on room, you can have a view of the river and historic buildings, close walking distance to the Riverwalk area and downtown. but for the money we paid you would think that the parking would be free, cleaner rooms (the vents needed cleaned and plug-ins needed to be wiped off) and better staff for the restaurant, maybe today was the opening day of it, they were a little disorganized.
My son is leaving in 3 days for Germany for the Air Force for 3 years. He is 19 years old and they refused to allow him to check into a room. Unfortunately the manager Jessica refused to budge. So we went over to the Holiday Inn and the manager was very accommodating. He also let us know its against the law to turn away military no matter their age!

The hotel itself was decent. The room we booked wasn't the cleanest (the tub was filthy) but someone from housekeeping came and took care of it. The staff at the front desk during check-in were extremely rude and showed very little professionalism. The staff definitely needs more training. The bar was nice and so was the bartender. If you have a choice, choose another hotel.
