I was one of Riverwalks original tenant. I signed a lease while the building was still under construction. It was a second home due to contract work. After 6 years I had to leave now that I fulfilled my work commitment. It was the best experience I could have. The staff is absolutely amazing. The location is fantastic. The building and amenities are first class. It's simply a great place to live. Im going to miss living there.
Living at Riverwalk on the Falls in Menomonee Falls has been a great experience. The location is perfect, right by the riverwalk and close to shops and restaurants. The amenities are fantastic, especially the fitness center and outdoor spaces. The staff, especially Heather and Emily, is always friendly and quick to help, making life here comfortable. It’s truly the best place to live in Menomonee Falls, with a beautiful setting and a welcoming community.
I recently moved to RiverWalk on the Falls and it has been a great experience so far! The application process was very easy, the amenities are great and very well maintained. The staff are friendly and attentive. It’s a very quiet, clean luxury complex, I would definitely recommend!
This apartment had so many wonderful things to offer for me and my growing family, the application process is more than enough to make you want to choose a different apartment. The application process is over intrusive asking for bank information, certain deposit logs. Even when you have provided an extensive amount of income proof. The facility is delectable and the amenities are great. However, what turned my family and me off of this place was the application process. While ultimately getting approved, it ranked between a trip to the dentist and an IRS audit. By the end of the application process our faith in the management had been degraded to a point where we did not feel comfortable signing a year-long lease.
