Some of the reviews are not real. Someone mentioned the building having a new lounge, and it does not. The lounge has been the same for almost a decade, and it's very evident with the staining on the couches and carpet. It's outdated. This building does not meet my expectations. The price is high and the opportunities are low. The amenities are no good and everything is breaking down, if it isn't already broken. The building has constant plumbing issues.
