My boyfriend and I rented a home in this neighborhood for 3 months. We signed a 12 month lease but needed to get out. The landlord did not maintain the house. During the 3 months we lived at the Riverwalk club we fought a cockroach infestation. I would not recommend renting or buying a home in this neighborhood. In townhome communities where you share walls with your neighbors, so if your neighbors have bugs, you also have bugs. The last week living there was also experienced 4 snakes inside the rental. Even a one star is to much. As the closing date finally got closer ( which had continued to be delayed for months) things went terribly wrong. Needless to say -WE walked (ran) away from this builder! False advertising. You won’t get what you pay for. The list goes on. The negative reviews are 100% accurate. At first I didn’t want to believe it but, those that commented were right. What a waste of our time.
