I don't live there, but I know a couple people that are looking to move due to the HOA harassing them over the tiniest, stupidest situations abusing their power trying to get a buck. It is sick, disgusting, uncalled for. I even refuse to do business at any client's house anymore cause I'm afraid I'll get my vehicle towed due to a darn parking violation!!! They should be ashamed of themselves and I hope karma comes to them.
My husband and I purchased a home in Riverwalk 4 years ago. My experience with Mark and the office personnel was great. They were so accommodating to work with us as we selected a home that was already built. Our experience was easy, they were kind and honest with us all the way through. A couple of years ago we had to leave the Riverwalk area and have wanted to come back since.
