I bought a home in the Element community by DR Horton in Fayetteville. Nicole was my listing agent. She is awesome, very friendly, met with me on a Sunday, always replied quickly even on weekends, I hope to work again with her soon!
This lot has been anything but perfection. The house itself has been fairly good (other than some faulty wiring we had to get addressed when we moved in and had no electricity going to the water heater of the new build that was inspected). We were also guaranteed that when we moved in that the yard would be fixed... here we are a month later and it has been a fight to get anyone out here to address the yard they guarantee would be up to the neighborhood standard.
