Nice, quiet neighborhood, close to everything we were looking for. It looks great from the outside. Our town home was nice but when something needed to be repaired/serviced it took forever or it just never got done. For instance, instead of fixing our garbage disposal it was just removed. Our dishwasher leaked and it was never repaired. But you can bet when the rent came due you were hounded. And dont even think youll get your deposit back. We kept every single receipt because the landlord was so disorganized hed try to coll... read more

When you give the deposit, please know that you will not get it back... landlord will find a way to keep it. Apartments are in a great location if you want quiet... neighbors with dogs do not clean up behind pets; landlord will not fix pool or spend anything on repairing items. He takes his time unless you are late on the rent. Upon moving out, there will always be a reason he keeps the deposit. Dont bother cleaning the stove, frige, or anything else.
