I lived here for 4 years and for the most part I loved it. It was nice, and though they were a little strict on outdoor decorations, the grounds were great. HOWEVER, there was a violent crime on the premises that they never addressed (yes it was reported in APD records). Their security is not great, I dealt with drunk people walking the grounds by my window a lot for a complex that says they value security. Lived here for 13 months. All in all it's a great place. People are friendly and the office is very helpful. Very safe neighborhood compared to most in Albuquerque. You do need to pay attention to the move out policies. I went month to month and my rent went up but that is to be expected. Month to month does not mean you don't have to give the required notice. (Found that out the hard way) I was charged for "stains on the patio" It's called dirt lol Try and keep sand off the patio. I loved my place and really can't complain.... read more
I have been a resident here 2.5 years. This is an older property but very well maintained. The office staff, property manager and maintenance staff are great people. They have taken care of anything I need. My neighbors are great. It's very quiet around here at night. I love the plants and landscaping. What you need to know before selecting this property. It is non-smoking on the property and in the apartment. As a former smoker that is a plus for me. If you work midnight shift this may not be the place. This is a big proper... read more
We’ve been here for a month and we can say that we love it! It’s a great place for my little family. We love the location! We didn’t expect the laundry room to be so outdated but the location and the apartment are so nice that it makes up for it. My daughter’s preschool is nearby which is super convenient for us. Maintenance is great and responds in a timely manner.
