I am in love with the Riverwalk apartments! From the moment we messaged asking to tour, to move in, and officially one week living here, Lisa and Janet have both been amazing! The units speak for themselves - exposed brick, spiral staircase, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and high ceilings. If you have cats, they will LOVE the spiral staircase and looking out the big windows. And if you have dogs, there is a huge yard and the complex is in a walkable, safe neighborhood. Stayed here for a year and the environment was fantastic. Old fashioned chair factory turned into a beautiful apartment complex. Lisa in the office and Keith with maintenance are great! 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome place to live! Lisa, Janet, and Keith have been awesome! They answer all of my questions and are such kind and friendly people. All of my neighbors have been super kind and helpful in my move.

Property management decided to cut down the grape vines along their side of the fence and in the process cut and killed all the vines on my side as well. I know they have the right, but it would have been nice to have received a head’s up notification. Nor did I receive a follow-up call following my visit to the office right after they began to cut. All of the vines, that were on my side were all severed and fell to the ground. They left those in my yard, and again never showed the courtesy to contact me. So now we can look ... read more
