Stayed here for a year and the environment was fantastic. Old fashioned chair factory turned into a beautiful apartment complex. Lisa in the office and Keith with maintenance are great! 10/10 would recommend.
Awesome place to live! Lisa, Janet, and Keith have been awesome! They answer all of my questions and are such kind and friendly people. All of my neighbors have been super kind and helpful in my move.
Property management decided to cut down the grape vines along their side of the fence and in the process cut and killed all the vines on my side as well. I know they have the right, but it would have been nice to have received a head’s up notification. Nor did I receive a follow-up call following my visit to the office right after they began to cut. All of the vines, that were on my side were all severed and fell to the ground. They left those in my yard, and again never showed the courtesy to contact me. So now we can look ... read more
Great place and have not had any problems in my 15 months here. I cant complain...
I do not currently live here, but hope to. Lisa, the property manager was wonderful to work with and walked me through the application process. Her communication , knowledge and friendly personality contributed to my decision to apply at Riverwalk. Thank you Lisa!
