Fridge went out twice in one month. First time it took 4 days for them to do anything so we lost all our groceries. This time is has been 6 days since we reported and they have done nothing. Promised us a new fridge first thing monday and never brought it

We had a mice infestation not even two weeks into our lease and the leasing office was so unresponsive to our complaint that we had to call corporate and get them involved, it was a two month long nightmare that I would never wish upon anyone. It was “so long” ago, but I still have trauma from having mice in my bed and the leasing office calling us “dirty.” You will make a mistake living here, find somewhere else. This place is terrible, never rent here. Since my roommates and I moved in there have constantly been issues. Nothing is ever fixed. Ever. Bob, the property manager does not even care to respond to emails and maintenance requests are constantly thrown out. For gods sake a homeless man lives in the staircases of this apartment. After many complaints and maintenance requests about the garage not being secured. Two instances have occurred where my roommate and I have both had out mopeds stolen. I would not recommend living in these apartments if you want to be treated with respect or feel safe. Since we have moved in, we have faced countless issues that are almost never fixed. 1.) When we moved in, our dishwasher was broken, along with several other minor issues upon move in. It took maintenance several weeks to come to look at our dishwasher, and over another week for them to replace it. I have lived in Riverwalk for three years. Apartment itself is fine but ever since Blue left maintenance is terrible. Garage door, front door, and side door are all broken. Cars are regularly broken into. I had my moped stolen along with $3,000 worth of valuables from my vehicle. DTN is completely aware of this and does nothing to prevent it. They advertise that they have secured key entry but the building is constantly accessible by anyone at any time of day. I have seen homeless persons sleeping in the lobby, vandalism of ... read more
