Constantly odd buzzing besides all the wasps, lawn people come twice a week and the only perk is “poop free grass” hahaha! Dogs are constantly barking. Maintenance men need a raise. Casey Stanish and other staff are just rude. They sit locked in the office with all the doors locked. Are they actually working? The laundry leaks and breeze ways never get cleaned. Yuck! A bunch of weird people live here. So happy we are leaving!!!
Awful ! Dirty ! Unsafe! Rates are insane!!!!
During a pandemic we get fined for meaningless things like our $50 for a tree stand and empty soda box left outside our door(for less than a day!). On top of that, Cassie the manager is beyond rude and has zero care for her residents and should be fired immediately IMO. DO NOT LEASE HERE
RecommendedCasey and the maintenance staff treated me like family this morning with their quick and efficient response to my situation with my refrigerator. Thank you! You are the best!

This apartment complex will rob you blind. They are way over priced!!!! The staff at Riverwalk are never the same and give false information.Riverwalk also applies ridiculous fees upon moving out! I believe that they try to make the residents pay for their upgrades upon leaving the complex! I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
5 Stars Wanted to give a shout out about the fun time we had at the pool last Friday afternoon. it was a beautiful day and our first visit to the pool since it opened. The pool was awesome plus there were lots of chairs in shaded areas. Lots of friendly sweet people. Also the office staff especially Amanda were so nice to offer us pizza and the kids popsicles. we didnt even know it was National pizza day. Just signed my third long-term lease, the staff here is amazing. All the latest updates and renovations of the amenities here are unbelievable and are a must see for yourself. Come and join us here today.
