Highly Recommend! We moved here a year ago and it's been a great experience so far. The entire staff is great and always available and ready to help. These apartments also offer many different amenities which make living here even more worth it.
Do not rent here Absolutely not worth the price. These apartments are marketed as “luxury,” but there’s nothing luxury about them. The unit I rented had cheap finishes, thin walls, and constant maintenance issues. You're paying top-dollar for builder-grade quality. To make matters worse, management is unprofessional and unresponsive. Any concerns or maintenance requests were either ignored or met with attitude. Look elsewhere ...unless you're willing to compromise on comfort and quality of life. Constant noise from neighbors disrupts relaxation, while thin walls fail to muffle loud conversations and late-night parties. The "modern" appliances are unreliable, and the maintenance team is slow to respond, leaving broken fixtures unresolved. Great Place to Live I have to say this is such a safe, and nice place to live! The staff at the office are super friendly and respond promptly. Anytime I have any issues I send in a maintenance request through the app or an email and I get my issue resolved almost immediately. The hallways are always clean and nice smelling. I never have any issues with my neighbors they're all very kind and respectful. I just love living here.
I Love Living Here! I have been a resident for 8 years! Quiet,clean,and friendly are the three words I would use to describe Riverwalk. Peaceful morning walks are my favorite,safe and clean walkways... and the river view is always a treat! Two thumbs up!

Amazing Place to Live After a year of living at Riverwalk, I can confidently say it's been an incredible experience. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the staff here have become like family—they're always there with a smile and ready to help. The amenities, from the amazing gym with Pelotons to the relaxing lounges, have made life here so much easier. And let's not forget the spacious, modern apartments that truly feel like home. Riverwalk has exceeded all my expectations, and I'm grateful to call it my home.
Not worth the price If you enjoy constant construction, uninterrupted noise from the nearby shooting range and paper thin ceilings and floors when you can hear your neighbors’ every move, then this is the place for you!
DO NOT MOVE HERE ! This place is not worth your money. The management sucks and this “luxury” complex is anything but. We were promised amenities that never came to fruition (interior and exterior, including a pool and gym that were supposed to be completed in July - its now October, and it isn't close to being finished). Even if the pool was finished, its a kiddie pool that is supposed to support what is going to be three entirely new buildings if the worst construction company in the world is ever done building this garbag... read more
