I love the office staff, they are clear and make their rules wasy to understand. I do NOT find JJ nor Amy to be rude at all. For the price I pay I get to have my 2 large dogs (most apts will not accept them), a pool, a wonderful daycare across the street. We did have roaches at move in and Amy had the exterminator come within days to spray. The maintenance faculty respond quickly. Its a family community! Very quiet community. We are very happy here.

Horrible management. JJ is Incredibly rude. The carpets needed to be replaced and at the very least repaired because it was torn in three places before we moved in. We were wrongly told the apartment building we moved into had been rebuilt due to water damage within the last few years. Also AC unit ran constantly kept in the high seventies and turned off when we were at work all day, all lights off and only one tv and computer that were both off when were weren't home. Think twice about moving here. They start out sugary sweet and will rip you of the first chance you get! I've been a long time resident here, over 5 years. My car gets towed by the apartments for not having a resident sticker on my windshield! I haven't had a sticker on my car over 3 years! I beg and cry....nobody returns my calls, not even the corporate office! They dodged my calls! I KNOW they get a kick back from he towing company. I spent $293 to get my car back and the towing company marked on my windshield with PAINT! ... read more

Lived here for 1.5 yrs. At first, thought nice, then realized the air ducks are extremely durty and blew black dust, no matter the type of air filter you use (hyper-allerg). Maintance is not always the brightest. Had a squirrel get caught in my ceiling, they opened a whole and was going to let it get into my apartment. Pets - People do not pick up after their dogs. good security Riverwalk apts.are prety nice. they have good security. Their security gates always seem to be working well. The apartments are about 18 years old, not bad. They are said to be fairly priced.
