good security Riverwalk apts.are prety nice. they have good security. Their security gates always seem to be working well. The apartments are about 18 years old, not bad. They are said to be fairly priced.
Recommended🥰 staff is very friendly and it is in a great convenient location.
Stay away from this place they take your money in so many ways by telling you a deposit is a fee and will not give your money back management doesn’t know how to do their jobs beacause the manager will not train the assistant manager how to their jobs roachs is a big problem I had to go buy my own stuff to get ride of them the apartments are old and run down you report a problem to the complex the maintenance man come look at it and say they fixed it and it still does work right with the ac
Office staff not great, gate never works properly. Then staff will make you sit and wait. Seriously. Management needs new training.
Moved in a couple weeks ago and haven't had any issues. The office staff is so sweet and the maintenance man Brett is amazing! Any issues we've had have been dealt with as soon as possible.

My small dog has been attacked by pit bull dogs that had gotten away from their owners, twice in the last year. I filled complaints about the aggressive dogs and management refuses to address the problem. This is not a safe place for small dogs or small children.
