Terrible customer service, they put me with a dentist I did not want to see who has curt and unwilling to listen to my concerns, and have now taken over 45 days to transfer my records. 👎

Dr Kim is amazing!! Front desk ladies are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.
They could make their exception hours known, they are suppose to be open on Tuesdays and no one is there. The recorded message foesn't indicate they are not going to be there today or when they will be back or who we can contact if we have a dental emergency. They can remind patients in advance when they have appts. Especially if they were scheduled 6 months ago.
