i don’t live here but i did take a tour. the complex was very quiet and looked nice. Brandi is a real asset to this place and i really enjoyed her presence and her energy! she was super great and super helpful. loved speaking with her both over the phone and the tour around with her
Only spent a year here and we are sad to go! The staff at RVV is amazing and very easy to work with! My questions were always answered, be it on the phone or email. The maintenance crew is very friendly and responsive to requests. The grounds are kept clean. Thanks for making our living experience in NOLA a very positive one! #15-202
I lived at Riverview Villas for two and a half years. The office staff and maintenance personnel are kind, professional and accommodating. If I had a question, it was almost immediately answer. If there was a maintenance issue (only two), there was a quick response. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and will miss the wonderful people of New Orleans. Move in was easy and move out was just as easy.
I have been living at Riverview Villas for a little over two years and a renewal but now I'm contemplating my next renewal due to job prospects only. I have enjoyed my entire time here! The management team is amazing! All of the ladies in the office are nice professional and Ms. Trina can be a god-send when needed. The Maintenance is amazing as well, no maintenance request seems to big or to small ! I needed the little light bulb in my fireplace replaced.
