I have been living at Riverview Villas for a little over two years and a renewal but now I'm contemplating my next renewal due to job prospects only. I have enjoyed my entire time here! The management team is amazing! All of the ladies in the office are nice professional and Ms. Trina can be a god-send when needed. The Maintenance is amazing as well, no maintenance request seems to big or to small ! I needed the little light bulb in my fireplace replaced. Trina and Brandi respond quickly to any request I have and the maintenance team is awesome. The rent is affordable.
