Absolutely horrible apartments and horrible management! Extremely overcharged for what little is offered at this very outdated complex. Management here never lasts long and is impossible to deal with. They can’t keep track of any records which will result in more charges to you for unreasonable and unexplained reasons. God awful place to live unless you’re looking to get taken advantage of and over pay for the bare minimum.

Would give a 0 if I could. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! Ashley f the manager at this location refused to help my girlfriend with her federally delivered mail. Was giving no options to come pick it up due to their “hours” and was completely rude to both her and I. Not to mention all these apartments Will or do have mold in them! That again they have no interest in resolving. Would look somewhere else if I were you !

I do not recommend living at Riverview Apartments. I lived here for several years and was always a responsible tenant. I paid my rent on time, took good care of the apartment, and always communicated with the leasing office whenever an issue came up. Unfortunately, throughout my tenancy there were multiple administrative errors involving my lease. I was under the impression my lease terms were 12 months, but later discovered there had been mistakes, including a lease term error and a month-to-month billing error. Each time, ... read more

Very nice looking apartment complex from the outside! I have not been in the apartment to know what they look like on the inside the apartment! I just went to there apartment complex and spoke with the apartment manager to see if I would qualify for there apartments - I don't qualify for there apartments the rent for the apartments was way out of my budget! The manager was very nice that I spoke with! Looks like a nice place to live, it is on Seltice road right by the Riverstone area in Coeur d'Alene Idaho!!!
