My husband and I have enjoyed living here for the most part up until recently. In this last month or two we have had neighbors move in around us who are not following the lease--mainly by smoking weed and cigarettes a lot on their balconies. This wouldn't typically bother me if it didn't affect us being able to enjoy having our windows open. Robert, the new property manager, is soooo helpful. My roommates and I had a prior issue that was needed to be resolved and without second thought Robert did everything he could to fix the issue. 10/10 customer service. Give this man a raise!🙏🏼🙏🏼
The Ladies are kind and sweet. The maintenance men are friendly, if you need something done they dont hesitate
Do not rent from this apartment. The proximity to Seltice speedway, the interstate and the trailer-park esque neigbors guarantee a difficult time getting to sleep. Sleeping in my car downtown was more peaceful. Saying the units were built cheaply is putting it very lightly. All the appliances have the potential to be rendered inoperative from normal use. This apartment is solely responsible for a significant deal of my seething disdain for the city of Coeur d'alene. $1700 / month for cardboard boxes, at least a mile from the... read more
