I do not recommend living at Riverview Apartments. I lived here for several years and was always a responsible tenant. I paid my rent on time, took good care of the apartment, and always communicated with the leasing office whenever an issue came up. Unfortunately, throughout my tenancy there were multiple administrative errors involving my lease. Very nice looking apartment complex from the outside! I have not been in the apartment to know what they look like on the inside the apartment! I just went to there apartment complex and spoke with the apartment manager to see if I would qualify for there apartments - I don't qualify for there apartments the rent for the apartments was way out of my budget! The manager was very nice that I spoke with! Looks like a nice place to live, it is on Seltice road right by the Riverstone area in Coeur d'Alene Idaho!!!
Great place to live! It’s my first apartment ever, and my roommate and I thoroughly enjoy our time here!
