I moved in on the first it is infested with roaches when I moved in my air did not work it’s been a week and this has been the worst experience to have all of your items covered in roaches and nobody to take this seriously maintenance after the 5th time fixed my air and a few more things but nobody is doing anything about the roaches I have spent over 100 dollars buying products nothing has worked on the lease it says I pay monthly for pest control but they have yet to come out this is disgusting I’m scared to cook to fully ... read more

Mice infested like you wouldn't even believe . I caught 6 mice in 12 months and there were still multiple left. I’d value the property for a 1 bedroom at about 500 a month at most. There’s a giant, absurdly loud HVAC unit directly in the center of every unit. Stolen security deposit. Had a leak in the roof, put in a maintenance ticket that was quite literally never responded to. It’s seriously an unbelievable infestation of mice. If you don't own a cat you will absolutely need one. Couldn't wait to get out

this is by far the nastiest place you could ever live. First, let’s start by saying the address we are in isn’t even the original address that we received upon being approved. Secondly, The day of moving my sister was sent an email stating that we couldn’t move in 30 minutes before because the place wasn’t ready.. Just to put us in a place that still wasn’t ready. if i could give this community no stars i would. the only nice thing i have to say about the community is that its quiet. otherwise, dont waste your time, money, or sanity on this place. starting with moving in, the leasing office took our money, however didnt have a unit ready for an additional week after already being told 3 different times to come and sign the lease. the paint job was terrible, the houses are poorly made and taken care of. when we first moved in we had no heat, upon getting the heat fixed, we found out ou... read more

I move to riverview townhomes November of last year i went a month without a heat and hot water so i barely can go home but to change clothes out. The mice and the roaches just invading my space it’s sad, i pay for pest control but i only seen pest control once since i been there.
