I have recently moved into this neighborhood and it has been nothing but problems. The day we were supposed to move in we didn’t get the keys until after 6 PM and couldn’t even move our stuff in because they were still working in the apartment and painting and we couldn’t stay there with a kid and an animal with the fumes. I have been living here for over 25 years. It has it good and bad but Hillary is amazing. She was great when she was here and I was so happy to see her back. I had even thought about leaving because things had gotten so bad. I know it’s gonna take some time but please know that Hillary is there to do her best And to provide the best staff for your property. Thanks Hillary for all that you do.
I moved in here towards the middle of April and while there were a few issues with the air conditioning and plumbing, Hilary and her staff made sure the issues were handled promptly. I heard mixed reviews about Riverview Townhomes and I was a little hesitant to apply but I’m glad I did. My Amazon packages are never stolen, it’s quiet which is a lot different than living in Baltimore city and I can tell Hilary and her staff including maintenance genuinely care about the residents.
