I paid for a application and it’s been a whole week and I haven’t heard back if I was approved or not and no one ever answers the phone no returns messages you leave them

Do not move here! If you looking for a comfortable place to call your home this is not it! Don’t fall for the lies! They never answer the phone they don’t answer maintenance request they are trashy will press you for rent even for $15 but can’t fix anything they are supposed to fix. Ceiling been leaking for months now finally has fallen and still no help here I can’t even get anyone on the phone maintenance never answers calls. Riverview townhomes has by far been one of the WORST experiences for me & one of the WORST places to live . I moved here 6 months or so ago & I have had issues from day one in my townhome … first when i signed my lease and received my keys & did a walkthrough the paint job in my house is HORRIBLE. my toddler could have did a better job painting my house then they did … all my closet doors were either off the hinges or did not have doors on them the doors that were there were halfway painted , there were blinds to some of the... read more
I filled out an application with these people on 2/1 and it’s now 3/1 I never heard anything back from these people. My application was approved. But when was time to move forward no one contacted me. Answer there phone calls or anything.
