I would say what started off rough ended up being great , my children love this community and it’s amenities , the place its self is very spacious love the fact that there is a pool and a grill , I will say maintenance has definitely improved And office staff Do respond in a timely matter and respectful ❤️ I would recommend living here.

I would not recommend living here — not even for a fly on the wall. From the very first day, I moved into a dirty unit that was not ready for occupancy. A week later, the problems began to pile up: Every window lock was broken. The refrigerator had yellow stains, cracks, broken shelves, and one shelf missing entirely. They need to invest in security on this property to prevent break ins, property damages, transient prevention. Our neighbors accused our kids of vandalizing their truck. Cops came and saw the video footage and said it wasn't our kids. Last night, my vehicle was broken into, and whoever it was stole all my military personnel. I am calling the cops to report it.
