It’s your typical overpriced mediocre dwelling. Paper thin walls, windows that don’t open, crappy repairmen. If you don’t enjoy the sound of trains that blow their horns all night very loudly this is not the place for you. The the rent you would think you could have a garbage disposal, ice maker and a toilet that flushes everything on the first try. But you can’t. I’ve been here 3 years and the only reason I don’t move is for fear I will wind up somewhere worse.
I’ve lived here for a year and really enjoyed it. It was a great first apartment for me. First, the location is great it’s right by the river and trails and super easy to get to the high way. Second, the moving in process was easy all the leasing professionals were great! All my appliances worked never had issues. Plus you get WiFi included and I never had any issues with the WiFi being down or slow. Lived here about 7 months now and love it. Clean and the walls aren't too thin like some apartments. Takes some time to get used to the trains going by, but that comes and goes quickly.
I lived at Riverview terrace for about a year and after having moved out in October I have time to reflect on my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience living here. The apartment itself was very modern and comfortable, especially for the price of rent charged. The staff was always very fast to get back to us for support and any questions we ever had. Terrible place to live. The walls and ceiling is incredibly thin so you can hear neighbors walking, talking using the microwave. It’s like paying 1200 dollars for roommates. Every year the rent goes up. The neighbors are completely rude and inconsiderate. They stomp, hold loud get togethers, blast their tvs, they don’t care they have neighbors.
