Maintenance doesn’t fix anything at all unless it’s an emergency
Do not move there if possible. I watched a bunch of the tenants there terrorize a young woman as my friend and I was waiting to view an apartment. The cops came and did nothing and neither did the landlord when he showed up. We left and didn't even wait to view the place. If you are looking for peace of mind do not move there.
Well I spent months without proper heating, weeks without elevator, fought through mice invasion, dirty hallways, and elevator. Out side of building not cleaned, Then after all of that, a very loud sometimes drunk women above me
I just moved in and so far it is great the people are nice the apartment is very nice I have no complaints at all
