My roomate and I lived there for 9 years and they charged us over $500 of move out fees. It's called "wear and tear over time" yet they seemed to think that kitchen counters needed to be resurfaced when they were in perfect condition. They charged us $40 to replace the screen door when I'm sure they buy screen in bulk. They replaced all bathroom floors when they were in perfect condition as well.
