Had a great first session.
Very pleased so far -- sent an inquiry late in the day about whether they took my insurance. Contact did thorough research to determine that my plan was accepted and got back to me the next morning. Appointments are booked and I look forward to my consultation
Had a great first session. The office manager canceled my 2nd session the day before because I hadn't signed the information sharing policy yet. Charged me for a no show. Charged my credit card $500 instead of insurance out of spite. I had to dispute the charge. Now I am receiving a bill for $700.
I call 3 months ago. And never recieved a call back when they had an opening.
