We are having great experience at Boardwalk Riverview Plaza. The staff are friendly and very helpful, especially Manager Marilyn Guadalupe, who is always accommodating to residents’ needs. Robinson and Freddie from maintenance are also great and respond quickly to requests. The building is always clean and well maintained, and the hallways smell fresh. I have been living at Boardwalk Riverview plaza for the past 3 years , and I can honestly say the staff provide an excellent service. Everyone from office staff to the cleaning team, goes above and beyond to make the tenants feel happy, comfortable and well taken care of. The building is in peaceful area and whenever there is an issue , all it takes is a phone call. The staff are always quick to respond and address my concerns specially Marilyn . My Honest review honest this Saturday. I woke up with everything clogged in my apartment ( kitchen sink, toilet and Bathroom sink) so I called in asking for a maintenance to come and repair for m. So it’s weekend and there is no employees on the site but someone was in the office and assured me that the will send a maintenance over for me but it’s busy coz it’s only 1 maintenance on the site.
