Sonya the manger is very friendly and helpful. Brian the leaseing agent also was very informative and very helpful. They make you feel at home. Prompt response on issues are handled very fast. Highly recommend living here at riverview place go check them out.
Worst apartments I ever lived at. the restrooms have black mold and a lot of water damage. management keeps changing and water gets cut off every week
Great place, newly renovated units, new management and owners. The complex is improving lots of changes for the better!
Too much management changes, I've been living here since 2015 and gone through 5 managers and rent increases
Roaches like crazy, no matter how clean you keep your apartment or how many times you get pest control. Maintenance is slow and often doesn’t fix the problem at all. Random water shut offs daily. I’ve been here ten months and I can’t wait to leave.
